Case Study : Airhouse Digital Marketing & Website Redesign
Company no longer in operation
Airhouse came to me at a common inflection point for startups: the brand had moved faster than its marketing materials could keep up with. My work began with creative direction and execution across their digital marketing channels – paid social campaigns, infographics, email assets, and B2B-facing playbooks and instructional guides – building a more cohesive visual language across channels.
It soon became clear to me and the team that the website was the bigger problem. The existing site had been built for an earlier version of the company and no longer reflected what Airhouse actually did. In Summer and Fall 2023, I led a redesign of the homepage and several key landing pages – not just a visual refresh, but a rethinking of the information architecture. Key value propositions were brought above the fold, the navigation was restructured to guide users more intuitively, and the visual language was updated to meet contemporary SaaS design standards.
The result was a site that was clearer on entry, more persuasive as users moved through it, and more visually aligned with the brand Airhouse had grown into. Though Airhouse is no longer in operation, this project is a good example of the kind of work I'm drawn to: partnering with a brand through a period of real change and helping it show up with clarity and credibility.
